At TheDizi, our digital products are delivered instantly upon payment. However, please note that some bundles may take 1-2 hours to be delivered. If you do not receive your product, kindly check your email inbox, including your spam folder, or reach out to us at [email protected].

As a digital media provider, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been downloaded or a download link has been received. If you encounter issues with the product, we will do our best to resolve them.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 30 Min. Our support team is available to assist with any questions or concerns regarding installation and configuration of our digital products.

Please note that while we provide technical support, we are not the developers of the products and have limited technical capabilities. We do not modify product functionality or fix developer bugs.
